In accordance with Government Code 6066, on June 7 and June 14, 2026, IRWD published a notice in the Orange County Register regarding a public hearing on IRWD’s 2025 WSCP. IRWD held a public hearing to adopt the 2025 WSCP on Monday, June 22, 2026. The public hearing provided an opportunity for the public to provide input to the plan before it was adopted. No comments were received from the public. The adoption of the 2025 WSCP was combined with the public hearing. Following the public hearing, IRWD’s Board of Directors adopted the 2025 WSCP by Resolution No. 2026-6. IRWD’s signed adoption resolution is included under Appendix J in the UWMP. The final adopted WSCP will be made available no later than 30 days after adoption by the IRWD Board. In accordance with the CWC, IRWD shall make available the WSCP to our customers as well as any city or counties supplied water by IRWD. The 2025 WSCP Update shall be submitted to DWR and the California State Library as part of the 2025 UWMP Update process.
