Section 15 is intended to complement and be used in tandem with the allocation-based tiered pricing structure implemented as a demand management measure on an ongoing basis as part of the District’s rates and charges. As contemplated in Section 15 and the Water Shortage Contingency Plan, the Board has, by separate action through the adoption of Resolution No. __________, implemented demand management measures through adjustments in the allocation-based pricing structure. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF IRVINE RANCH WATER DISTRICT THEREFORE RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.
