Summary as Applies to UWMP A plan shall describe and evaluate sources of supply, reasonable and practical efficient uses, reclamation and demand management activities. Each plan shall include a simple description of the Supplier’s plan including water availability, future requirements, a strategy for meeting needs, and other pertinent information. Additionally, a Supplier may also choose to include a simple description at the beginning of each chapter. Every person that becomes a Supplier shall adopt UWMP within one year after it has become a Supplier. Supplier shall report the Public Water Systems number, volume of delivered water, and number of connections that are included in this UWMP. Supplier shall report if this UWMP is an individual UWMP and whether the Supplier belongs to a regional UWMP or regional alliance. Supplier shall report whether the data is in fiscal or calendar years and the units of measure used for reporting water volumes. Provide supporting documentation that the Supplier has encouraged active involvement of diverse social, cultural, and economic elements of the population within the service area prior to and during the preparation
