Describe the land uses within the service area. Quantify past, current, and projected water use, identifying the uses among water use sectors. Report the distribution system water loss for each of the five years preceding the plan update. Retail Suppliers shall provide data to show the distribution loss standards were met. Include projected water use needed for lower income housing projected in the service area of the Supplier. In projected water use, include estimates of water savings from adopted codes, plans, and other policies or laws. Provide citations of codes, standards, ordinances, or plans used to make water use projections. To the extent that a Supplier reports the information described in subparagraph (A), an urban water Supplier shall… Indicate the extent that the water use projections consider savings from codes, standards, ordinances, or transportation and land use plans. Water use projections that do not account for these water savings shall be noted of that fact. Demands under climate change considerations must be included as part of the drought risk assessment.
