Describe the wastewater collection and treatment systems in the Supplier’s service area with quantified amount of collection and treatment and the disposal methods. Describe the quantity of treated wastewater that meets recycled water standards, is being discharged, and is otherwise available for use in a recycled water project. Describe the recycled water currently being used in the Supplier's service area. Describe and quantify the potential uses of recycled water and provide a determination of the technical and economic feasibility of those uses.
