Retail Supplier must describe how it will ensure compliance with and enforce provisions of the WSCP. Describe the legal authority that empowers the Supplier to enforce shortage response actions. Provide a statement that the Supplier will declare a water shortage emergency per Water Code Chapter 3. Water Shortage Emergencies . Provide a statement that the Supplier will coordinate with any city or county within which it provides water for the possible proclamation of a local emergency. Describe the potential revenue reductions and expense increases associated with activated shortage response actions.
