Section 10: Plan Adoption, Submittal, and Implementation The final section describes the process IRWD uses to adopt and implement the UWMP. This section includes the specific requirements and provides a documented record of the steps IRWD used to address the adoption, submission, and implementation of the 2025 UWMP and 2025 WSCP. Appendices Standardized Tables Throughout the UWMP tables that are required by DWR include the DWR table number, and are also provided in Appendix D .
