South East Management Area
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The South East Management Area is located in the south east portion of the Coastal Plain of Orange County Groundwater Basin (Basin 8-1). The South East Management Area consists of several small, fringe areas south east of the Orange County Water District (OCWD) Management Area. These areas fall within the boundaries of the Irvine Ranch Water District (IRWD), El Toro Water District (ETWD) and the City of Orange service areas. Figure 1-1 shows the IRWD, ETWD and City of Orange areas within the boundaries of the South East Management Area along with the OCWD Management Area.
