SUSTAINABLE MANAGEMENT APPROACH The Sustainable Management Approach for the South East Management Area is to continue monitoring sustainable conditions and monitor to ensure that conditions do not lead to significant and unreasonable (1) lowering of groundwater levels, (2) reduction in storage, (3) water quality degradation, or (4) inelastic land subsidence or (5) unreasonable adverse effect on surface water resources.
