PROCESS TO EVALUATE NEW
For projects within OCWD, the process described in the OCWD Management Area part of this report applies. If new projects are proposed by others outside of OCW D’s boundaries, OCWD would collaborate with the agency proposing the project to ensure that any proposed project would not cause significant and unreasonable results. Moreover, OCWD would review proposed projects through the CEQA process (i.e., reviewing and commenting on draft CEQA documents).
